About the Role

We are looking for caring, reliable and experienced Care Workers to join a dedicated care team in Woking, Surrey.

The role involves providing high-quality, person-centred care and support while promoting the dignity, independence, wellbeing and safety of the people we support.

Job Specifications

  • Provide person-centred care and support in line with individual care plans.
  • Assist with personal care, daily routines and activities of daily living.
